Construction of a new warehouse and showroom with a mezzanine level, offices, amenities and kitchenette. The project also included restoration of the existing front façade and structural, roofing and flooring upgrades to the existing showroom.

Replacement of balcony sliding doors, apartment windows and stairwell windows. Works also included new cavity flashings, balcony waterproofing using a sheet membrane system, tiled finishes and upgrades to communal areas.

Construction of new walkways, rooms and external storage facilities across three rehabilitation centres. Additional works included heritage façade restoration, brickwork, stair and window repairs, and the fit-out of new staff office spaces.

Conversion of a heritage-listed former boarding house into an early learning centre. Works included façade restoration, structural reinforcement, complete internal strip-out and refurbishment, new amenities, staff rooms, a commercial kitchen, landscaping, driveway works and new parking areas.

Remedial and upgrade works to the heritage-listed Parliament House, including modifications to the saloon area, office fit-outs, marble flooring repairs and rectification of heritage timber panelling. Works were completed under strict security, noise and programme requirements.

Complete refurbishment of classrooms and bathroom facilities across two early learning centres. Works included Building Code and compliance upgrades. Projects were managed within live operational environments.

Refurbishment and construction of conference rooms, construction of a craft brewery within the cellar, upgrades to indoor and outdoor dining areas, and kitchen and restaurant improvements. Works also included Building Code and compliance upgrades across operational hotel environments.

Refurbishment of hotel rooms, guest facilities, indoor dining areas and the corporate function room. The project also included building-wide remedial works, Building Code and fire services upgrades, and coordinated turnkey delivery within an operational hotel.

Conversion of two terrace houses into an operational school. Works included a complete new roof, five new bathrooms, eight classrooms, a new external playground area and fire services upgrades. The project was delivered within a restricted 12-week programme.

Works included Building Code and compliance improvements and live-site project management through to turnkey handover.
